full name Diana Jean Krall, born November 16, 1964. Diana is a Canadian jazz pianist and singer. Very well known for her low - contralto voice and terrific use of the piano. During her childhood she lived in Nanaimo in British Colombia, Canada. Now her home is on Vancouver Island, also in Canada. Her father played a piano and her mother was a member of church choir. She went to Berklee College of Music in Boston before heading to Los Angeles. She released her first album in 1993"Steppin Out". Diana lost her mother because of the disease , she has one sibling, younger sister - Michelle. Diana is married to a English musician - Elvis Costello. they got married in 2003 and have twins - Dexter and Frank, they were born on December 6, 2006.
